In plain English: We collect only what we need to run the service. We never sell your data. Your email lists are used only for verification — nothing else.

- Google profile information (if you sign in with Google)
Usage Data
- Verification job history and results
- Credit usage and transaction history
- Login timestamps and IP addresses (for security)

Email List Data
- Email addresses you upload for verification
- Verification results associated with those addresses
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide and improve the verification service, process jobs, send transactional emails, respond to support requests, detect fraud, and comply with legal obligations.
We do not use your data for advertising, selling or renting your information, or building profiles for ad targeting.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share data only with trusted service providers (hosting, email delivery) who are bound by confidentiality obligations, when required by law, or in the event of a business transfer.
5. Email List Data
The email addresses you upload are treated with the highest confidentiality — used only to perform verification checks, never shared with third parties, never used for marketing, and can be deleted at any time upon request.
During SMTP verification, our servers make technical handshake connections to mail servers. No emails are ever sent or delivered to the addresses being verified.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We use minimal cookies essential for operating the service: session cookies to keep you logged in, and security cookies to protect against CSRF. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures: all data transmitted via HTTPS (TLS), passwords hashed with bcrypt, regular security reviews, and restricted access to production data. No method of internet transmission is 100% secure.
8. Data Retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Verification results are stored for your reference. Login logs are retained for 90 days for security purposes. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.
9. Your Rights
You may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at support@expetize.com. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
